WHY HIIT AT LAVATION?

COOL FACILITY
Our circuit training is performed on indoor turf. Friendly on the hands and body, it’s the stuff workout dreams are made of. Nothing like a huge concrete wall for slam balls, throws, TRX and battling ropes. A Big Ass Fan positioned directly overhead will move plenty of air and keep us all feeling good.

EQUIPMENT
Thoughtfully chosen and exciting pieces of cardio equipment compliment a variety of strength equipment all orchestrated for balanced programs and great overarching fitness.

EXPERTISE
Our experience drives us to build balanced routines. We don’t make party pump routines for showy muscles and entertainment value. Each class incorporates the whole body but there will be additional emphasis on one area of the body so we can dig a little deeper. Master each workout, drive change in your body and just as you adapt, you guessed it… new loop! Our program design is intended to elevate fitness on multiple levels while reducing the incidence of injury.

TECHNOLOGY
An iPad at each station will hold a repeating video of the movement. It will provide a quick and easy reference to execute the exercise and get the most out of it with as little risk as possible.
WHO SHOULD TAKE HIIT?
Anyone with a little bit of movement and exercise experience can take high intensity interval training.

NEW TO EXERCISE
No problem. We want you to be successful and safe. Interval training allows each participant to work to the best of their own ability. We encourage all of our guests to learn their body. Work smart, work hard! A modification will be provided in the workout. If a movement isn’t right for you, simply do the alternate one.

ULTIMATE CROSS TRAINER
You dabble in all forms of exercise. This is a fun environment to keep you all tuned up with great variety and intensity.

RUNNER OR CYCLIST
What about all those muscles upstairs? This style of interval training will add muscular endurance on top for a way better performance down low. Not to mention the strong core to go with it.

FITNESS MACHINE
Get ready to push, hard! We know you love beating your performance every time you step in the gym. Better master it soon before it changes.
ATTENDING CLASS
Arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
Check in at the desk (if it’s your first time), sign in and grab your complimentary towel.
Drop off your belongings in the cubbies and fill up your water bottle.
Head on over to the turf and meet your coach.
Sweat. Rinse. Repeat.
Chuck your dirty towel in the bin on your way out.
Feel awesome!

Coaches
Meet our team of spectacular coaches! Each coach brings movement experience from a different background. They will help you push harder, correct your position and find your limits. Enjoy the guidance they give and try not to sweat on ’em too much!
